games britannica monopoply and mergers

Second part in a series presented by Benjamin Woolley, He talks he talks about how the game of monopoly was developed by the British as a instrument of moral instruction when the game was imported to America they changed the idea to promote the American dream and economic success.
He also goes on to explain that monopoly was one of the best selling game in history and that the game itself was derived from a socialist game first published in Britain in 1913.
Nowadays board games have evolved to include more role playing elements an example of this is the well known dungeons and dragons.
